Professional Experience

I have built my career at the intersection of technical excellence and project leadership. Beginning as a staff engineer in the late 1990s, I developed deep expertise in structural analysis and design across a wide range of market sectors — from water and wastewater infrastructure to marine facilities, federal military installations, residential and commercial buildings, transportation structures, and large-scale industrial and manufacturing facilities.

Over the course of my career, I have progressively taken on broader leadership responsibilities — growing from hands-on design engineer to discipline lead, branch manager, and director-level roles overseeing multidisciplinary teams on projects valued from the hundreds of millions to multiple billions of dollars. My work has taken me from shipyard facilities on the East Coast to mining operations in rural Arizona, from VA medical campuses across the Midwest and Southwest to cutting-edge semiconductor and photovoltaic manufacturing facilities in the Sun Belt.

I am equally at home in the field conducting structural assessments and inspections as I am leading client and stakeholder presentations. Throughout my career I have built and mentored high-performing engineering teams, implemented technical standards and operational processes, and consistently delivered complex projects on time and within budget.
